College Covers, Inc. does not accept returns unless it is for damaged or defective merchandise.
All returns must be approved in advance by College Covers. All returns, except for damage
or defective merchandise, are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are not refundable.
We accept return under certain conditions. If you decide to return a product please call us first at (402) 254-9933 for a Return Authorization. Returns must be shipped back to us at: College Covers 5265 Z-Max Boulevard Harrisburg, NC 28075 You are responsible for shipping costs unless the error was ours. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Late Penalty Should the customer fail to pay any invoice when due, customer hereby agrees to pay a late payment fee. This charge will not exceed 1 ½% per month (18% ANNUM) of the outstanding balance due. Finance Charge will accrue on all unpaid balance including past finance charges. Collection Fees Customer agree to pay all cost and attorney fees incurred in collection of all past due invoices and accounts. Claims Customer shall notify College Covers immediately in writing via fax of any damaged or missing goods. Claims not received within 10 days of receipt of goods may not be approved by College Covers. Claims shall Faxed to 704-455-9554 Attn: College Covers Returns Dept. Returned Checks Appropriate charges as provided by applicable state laws shall be imposed in the event of a customer check(s) being returned to College Cover's bank. Customer shall have 10 business days to remedy the check plus the return check charge. Checks not remedied within 10 days are subject to collection by any means and at the discretion of College Covers, Inc. |
